We are headquartered in the beautiful city of San Diego.
We specialize in property development and property management, with a focus on residential real estate.

Damian Farry, General Manager
Damian has over 15 years of real estate investment experience.
As the founder of Thaddeus Properties, he has successfully overseen the acquisition and management of the properties in our national portfolio.
He is a graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand and holds a B.S. in Statistics and Actuarial Science.
